Zaxby's

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! It’s a super fast place to grab food on my way out of town. The service has always been great and my order has been tight every single time. Zaxby’s is already one of my favorite fast food spots and I’m really thankful that the Hillsborough Street location has always been great.

My favorite place to get hungover food every Sunday. They’re always incredibly pleasant when I am not, and ready with an ice cold drink the second I Pull up to soothe my headache and insatiable thirst. And then as I leave, I turn to my right to reminisce on the days of the UT Dining Hall, only making me hungrier and making the Zaxby’s even better. So I eat my piece of toast in the car because I am too impatient to wait until I am home. After the buttery goodness of the Texas Toast is gone, I speed home to open the Zaxby’s sauce, and suddenly, all the world problems go away.

My go to for quick food in Hillsborough St. always hot and fast. I love the soda machine which lets you pick whatever you want from dozens of choices. The wings and things is my go to meal and splittable with two people if you get extra fries. Recommend.

As a fan of Zaxby's in general, this particular location in Raleigh is one I frequent anytime I'm in the area. Their food, anything from salads to sandwiches and everything in between, is hot, fresh and delicious. The restaurant is always neat and clean, be it the condiments area, tables, restrooms, etc. and service is consistently prompt and courteous. Employees seem more than happy to go out of their way to over-deliver. In a time where many of these things are in short supply it's refreshing to know there are still folks who take pride in what they do and in the products and services they deliver. #zaxsauceoneverything

I always have a great experience at this location. With the exception of two instances where my food has taken a long time to come out (I was given a free meal voucher each time), all of my times have been very pleasant. The food is great and met my expectations, and the staff is very friendly. I will continue to frequent this spot.

Now that I am back in Raleigh, I can finally enjoy those delicious chicken wings from Zaxby's again. No wonder why I keep coming back to this place. Whether it is for the high-quality food served there, the comfortable and relaxing place or the staff which is always welcoming, at your disposal and smiling at you, it is always an incredible experience to share a meal with friends there. If you still hesitate to make the step, I can guarantee you that you'll want to come back after trying it !

I have gone here many times and ALWAYS had such a positive experience. Not only does Zaxby's have the best chicken tenders, but the food is never greasy and always comes out hot! The staff is extremely receptive to all requests, no matter how small, and the best part is that they love talking to and joking around with customers. The place is always clean and has such a great environment, not to mention the pretty string lights they have outside the building year-round! It's for sure one of my favorite places to eat around NC State!

I always have a good experience here at this Zaxby’s. My meals are always hot and the correct order. Would say it made a 180 degree turn since the re-opening a few years back.

Awesome customer service. Staff was extremely polite and helping. Order came out quick and restaurant was very clean and well run. Will definitely be visiting this location again.
